Magnolia Auto Glass is owned and operated by John Durham and Nathan Aguillard. We started the company in 2023, based out of Loranger, and we work throughout Tangipahoa Parish and the surrounding Northshore.

We started Magnolia to improve the auto glass experience for people — because too often, it isn’t a good one.

Most people’s experience with auto glass goes something like this: a phone number that reaches a call center three states away, a price quoted by someone who has never seen the vehicle, a four-hour arrival window you have to take off work for, and a technician you’ll never speak to again if the glass whistles on the interstate a month later.

We built this business around fixing those specific things. When you call, you get one of us. The mobile service is free, so the work happens where your vehicle already is instead of where it’s convenient for us. We calibrate in-house rather than handing you a second appointment at a dealership. And the workmanship warranty lasts as long as you own the vehicle, because standing behind the work is not a marketing feature — it’s the job.

We’re licensed to work on the major worldwide vehicle brands, and we’ve built the business on repeat customers and referrals rather than call-center volume. When you call, you’re talking to one of us — not a national dispatch center that subcontracts your job to whoever’s available.
